Hi Paolo, I made this also for my mag loop. I did use the remote tuning for RX, but when I did start the engine (who was mounted near the open top of the loop) QRM made RX impossible. The enigine made mutch electrical noise because it was very close to the antenna. It was not easy to find the max tune possition related to the frequency of the receiver. When tune engine was switched off, RX was normal again ofcourse. Succes, Best 73's Peter - PA1SDB
